Cheapguide — Account deletion request
Use this page to ask Cheapguide to delete your account and associated data, as required for Google Play and our privacy commitments.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in to Cheapguide (or your username if you use one).
- Choose whether you want your full account removed or only certain data (if we can support that for your account).
- Submit the request. We will process it using the contact details you provide.
What we delete and what we may keep
- Full account deletion: we remove your account and personal data tied to it, in line with our Account Deletion Policy.
- We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law.
- We may retain limited information where the law requires (for example tax or fraud-prevention records) or to resolve disputes; such data is kept only as long as necessary.
